General management of the activities of the district executive committee, enterprises, organizations, institutions subordinate to the executive committee. Coordination of the work of departments, departments and other divisions of the executive committee, village executive committees, law enforcement agencies. Selection and placement of senior personnel. Budget and finance issues, internal affairs, defense, State security and justice. Interaction with the regional executive committee, regional public administration bodies and the District Council of Deputies.
