Pavel Ivanovich was born in 1979 in the village. Rechitsa, Stolin district, Brest region. He studied at the Belarusian Agrarian Technical University, and then at the Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship.
The responsibilities of the Deputy Chairman of the Luninets District Executive Committee include the following issues:
· socio-economic development of the region;
· enterprises and industrial organizations;
· enterprises and organizations of transport (railway, road and river);
· enterprises and trade organizations;
· enterprises and organizations of public catering and consumer services.
