A new tradition of union relations is the presentation of Belarusian regions at VDNKh in Moscow. The Brest region became the first to present a large-scale exhibition as part of the Russia Forum.
The Luninets district is represented by the deputy chairman of the Luninets district executive committee, Anatoly Zakharkevich, and the director of Luninets Dairy Plant OJSC, Nikolai Bokhonyuk.
The potential of the Brest region will be presented in the Belarusian pavilion until January 29. Guests will be able to get acquainted with the economic, industrial, cultural and tourism potential of the region, and national traditions. Separate expositions are presented by the Belovezhskaya Pushcha National Park, the Brest Hero Fortress memorial complex, and the Brest free economic zone. The city of Brest has its own stand, sports, tourist and agricultural locations are decorated. In addition, guests are presented with information about the activities and offers of the Brest Science and Technology Park. The potential of the Brest region will be presented in the Belarusian pavilion until January 29. Then the Vitebsk region will take the baton. Until July 3, presentations will be held in all regions of Belarus. By the way, the Belarusian pavilion at VDNH is very popular among Russians.
The industrial potential of the region is shown through the enterprises of the Brest free economic zone. The stand displays models of the largest enterprises - residents of the FEZ in various industries: building materials, clothing, furniture, food, household appliances.
The program of the Days of the Brest Region includes presentations of the economic, scientific, technical, tourism, historical and cultural potential of the Brest region, as well as the organization of negotiation platforms for business representatives of the Brest region and Russian regions in order to establish direct business contacts.
