Precinct commissions begin their activities from the day of their first meeting. During this period, the commission carries out activities related to updating the voter lists, equipping the premises provided to the commission, and acquiring the necessary materials.
Each voter in the premises of the precinct commission is provided with the opportunity to check whether he is included in the list and whether the information about him is correct in the list.
The precinct commission presents the list to voters for review 15 days before election day (from 02/09/2024), at voting stations established in places where voters are temporarily located (hospitals) - 2 days before the election (from 02/22/2024). A vigil is organized to receive voters in order to familiarize themselves with the voter lists.
If a citizen does not have registration in the territory of a given voting precinct, he may be included in the list before election day (until February 25, 2024) on the basis of a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus (identification card of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus) and a document confirming residence in the territory of the voting precinct .
Duty schedule:
in Luninets and Mikashevichi: from Monday to Friday - from 17 to 19 hours, on Saturday - from 12 to 14 hours;
in rural areas: Monday to Friday - from 15 to 17 hours, on Saturday - from 10 to 12 hours.
